To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order:
- Correct Size
- Correct Address (including Apt/Suite #)
- Correct Email
- Proper Punctuation

BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
*WHEN ORDERING DURING THE HOLIDAYS WE DO FOLLOW USPS GUIDELINES ON SHIP TIMES AND CUT OFF DATES*
We ship out everyday If you pay for expedited shipping and do not receive your order in the time frame provided please file a claim with USPS.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from MomsiesAndMe.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service. We ship to whatever address you provide in your order. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered or refused.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing an order.
Our shipping is definitely faster but we leave wiggle room for any mishaps! We also have the option for captured payments. This means your card will not be charged until the order is shipped and tracking is provided. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order.
Please make sure your billing and shipping address is the same. Alternate information may delay your package and proper verification will be required. This is just an estimate, and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow time for your tracking to update. We do have cases where the tracking may not update but will still arrive on time.
We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.

Due to the onesies being considered intimates, we do not accept returns. If our team makes an error on our end, please let us know and we will get it corrected for you.
IMPORTANT: *If your order is out of stock, we will attempt to reach out to you to replace it with something else or issue a refund for the item(s) not in stock.*
If your order is refunded due to an item being out of stock, please allow 5-10 Business Days to process the refund. If you have not received your refund after 5-10 Business Days then we will resend you the refund notification and you will need to reach out to your bank.
We offer First Class Shipping (1-5 Business Days) and Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days). Orders may arrive between 1-3 days *after it is scanned by USPS, however, in very rare instances, please allow up to 3 days.

Black Friday Sale: Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.
Shipping will proceed on the first working day after holiday.
During the Holidays we follow the schedule of the post office as well as their cut off dates if you run into any issues with receiving packages after the estimated time frame if you pay for expedited shipping please file a claim with the post office.
